Whatever, good luck. I can't run even a few meters before stopping to catch my breath.
My knees are sore...yes I think I have developed some issues with my knees. I ran a terrible run ofcourse without practice amd the pain reminded me of my 1st year crossy. Its strange I remember the most from my first and last crossy.
I finished 5kms in 28.10 minutes. It used to be close to 24 minutes not so long ago....sigh
